Karachiites are smoking A lot of cannabis (hash/hashish) and the only city in the world that smokes more hashish than Karachi is New York City. Recently, Interior Minister Shehryar Afridi’s nephew was arrested for possessing the illegal drug, just days after his uncle had declared a war against drug barons. But is policing the answer?
