The peace deal between Taliban and the Americans is at the brink of collapse as the talks on prisoner exchange between Taliban and Afghan govt have come to nought. This is exactly what senior analyst Tahir Khan had warned about in his interview with Naya Daur last month. “It is a test of Afghan leadership. Americans are leaving. If peace process fails, Taliban will launch Spring Offensive”.
